Accessibility
Cruise Tours Amsterdam is committed to making Amsterdam's canals accessible to everyone. We continuously work with our partner operators to improve accessibility across all our experiences.
Wheelchair-accessible cruises
Several of our canal cruise boats are equipped with wheelchair ramps and accessible seating areas. The larger sightseeing vessels departing from Damrak and Central Station are wheelchair accessible. Please mention any accessibility requirements when booking so we can ensure the right vessel is assigned.
Accessible departure points
The following departure points offer step-free access to our boats: Central Station, Damrak Pier, Rijksmuseum Dock and Leidseplein. We recommend checking the specific departure point page for detailed accessibility information.
Boarding assistance
Our staff at departure points can provide boarding assistance. We recommend arriving 20 minutes before departure if you require additional support.
Service animals
Certified service animals are welcome on all our cruises at no additional charge.
Audio guides
Our sightseeing cruises offer audio guides in up to 20 languages. Visual information displays are available on newer vessels for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Website accessibility
We aim to make our website accessible to all users, following WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. If you encounter any accessibility issues, please contact us at accessibility@canalcruise.amsterdam.
