Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours
Most cruises can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. You'll receive a full refund.
Less than 24 hours before departure
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund. You may reschedule to a different date (subject to availability).
How to cancel
Click the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email, or contact us at info@canalcruise.amsterdam with your booking reference number.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Special events & private charters
Amsterdam Light Festival, King's Day, and private charter bookings may have different cancellation terms. These are clearly stated on the product page before you complete your booking.
Weather cancellations
If a cruise is cancelled by the operator due to severe weather, you will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling.
Disputes
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, please contact our support team. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 working days.
