1. General
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings made through cruisetours.amsterdam ("Platform"), operated by Cruise Tours Amsterdam B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 12345678. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.
2. Booking & payment
All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via our payment partner. A booking confirmation is sent by email immediately after payment. Tickets are valid only for the booked date and time unless a flexible ticket option is available.
3. Cancellation & refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before departure on most cruises. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Some special events and private charters have different cancellation policies, which are stated on the product page. For full details, see our Cancellation Policy.
4. Boarding & departure
Guests should arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may not be able to board, and no refund will be given for missed departures. Find your departure point on our departure points page.
5. Liability
Cruise Tours Amsterdam acts as a booking platform connecting guests with licensed boat operators. The cruise operator is responsible for the safe operation of the vessel. Cruise Tours Amsterdam is not liable for delays, cancellations or incidents caused by weather, technical issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by Cruise Tours Amsterdam B.V. or used under licence. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
7. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. We also use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may submit it to the Dutch consumer authority (ACM).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
